However much we focus on other aspects of this year, but what all of us saw was a loss of someone close - family, friend, colleague - to Covid. This photograph was shot on “All Saint’s Day” in Mumbai. Time and weather may erase the paint off of tombstones, but the memories of the near and dear departed remain in our heart. Two girls painstakingly (re)painting the name on the grave of their parent, and renewing their connection with their dear departed.
