RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Once your order has been delivered and confirmed as accurate, it is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you receive a damaged item or one that does not match your original order, please contact our Customer Service team at info@leicastore.in to initiate a return.
Return Guidelines:
• All returns must include a copy of the original receipt and a return authorization number.
• Return shipping costs, including postage and any associated charges, will not be reimbursed.
• Please allow 1 to 3 weeks from the date we receive your return for processing. You will be notified once the return is complete.
