Mumbai: The Pulse of a City
Leica M11 Monochrome | Summicron 28mm
Mumbai, a city that never sleeps, thrives on motion and rhythm. Behind its gleaming skyline and financial might lies the heartbeat of the everyday Mumbaikar.

From the flower sellers at dawn to the fishermen hauling in the day’s catch, from the walkers along Marine Drive to the clatter of Dhobi Ghat, the city unfolds in layers — each moment a blend of chaos and calm.

As evening descends and Chowpatty lights up with life, the cycle comes full circle. This series captures those fleeting instants — markets alive with color, streets echoing with energy, and quiet coastal pauses — weaving together a portrait of resilience, routine, and relentless spirit.
